Sit in a chair facing a wall and throw a tennis ball or raquet ball against the wall and field it with your bare hands. or if you have a partner they can throw, roll, bounce the ball to you. Just don’t put any weight on your knee.
You definitely should not do any fielding drills with a knee injury. Just do light workouts and go speak to your schools trainer. He will have much more knowledge on how serious your injury is than anyone here would.
