Do u know how many calories are burned during about 2 1/2 hours of softball practice?

if you have an idea of how many are burned then just tell me cause i need and idea of how many are burned so i can fit it into my diet Thank you!!

Type ‘calories burned’ (no quotes) into your search engine and you should get some websites that have calculators that can tell you how many calories are burned per hour for a particular activity, based on your weight.
Depends on your weight. I can tell you that a 175 pound male would burn between 800-900 calories for 120 minutes of softball.
I’ve included a link to a calculator below that will allow you to calculate this for yourself.
