Our class plays a softball type game for P.E., and I sucked. -_______- I was always picked near the end, it was horrible. Of course, I’m not good at any sport but yeah…I know ‘practice makes perfect’, but I just need some tips on how to swing the bat, how to run faster, etc., etc.

I Just started my period yesterday (for the first time) and i have softball practice today and a game tomorrow, and im worried. is it going to affect my playing? Will it be uncomfortable? and should i get special pads? and what about tampons? would they feel weirder??? please help and thanks so much.

I’m in middle school and never in my life have I played softball. I can run fast and catch and that’s about it. Yes, I am aware that tryouts are not until the spring but I want to get a headstart. So how can I practice my batting and pitching? What will help my chances of being on the team? Do I have a chance of making it? Please help me!!:(

My Dad is coaching softball. We have the manager and 2 coaches. Well so far my Dad has gotten into an argument with the manager and other coach, and a parent. My mom also made a comment during our last practice. They talk about this too. This recent argument is about how the manager is being unfair by taking out people twice (me and 4 other girls) while leaving the other coaches daughter in and his. This is an 12-13 year old league. All this drama is making me want to quit. I love softball, but I don’t know what to do.

So in two days I’m joining softball and we have our first practice. (It was a last minute decision) I’ve never really palyed before. I was told id learn there. But how can I prepare for the practice so I don’t look totally clueless??? Any tips? Thankss
