Can i have some drills for throwing accuracy in baseball?

i play outfield and i either throw to high or to low i need see drills plz if you know any

do warm ups, and place a 8 inch round peice of metal on something, and throw from 10 feet, then 15, then 20, so on, and try to do each area in 3 tries, or you go back to the previous area, if u do that until you have lost the 10 foot area, sprint 100 yards, and come backards, back, then try it again, by doing this, you train yourself to do something, because if you do not, you get punished, and if you manage to get to 50 feet, try throwing "junk" in case you get to pitch.
