Baseball drills for 1st base?

I’m a 1st basemen in baseball and it’s my favorite position. I’m turning 14. I’m a righty and I’m 5"10 and I weigh 156 pounds. I’m already good at 1st base but I need to improve more. Is there any type of drills to get better at 1st? And any other drills for catching short hops too?

The most important drill is to have a 3rd basemen and shortstop throw you balls in the dirt to teach you how to react to the "hop" as well as to build your eye hand coordination. The key is to build your confidence so that you rely on your instinctual skills and do not over-think what the ball will do.
have ppl of all infielders give u throws in the dirt and remember its easier to go up than down when ur gettin a hop
scooping the ball, the throws arnt always perfect
u cant steal first
